You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks and that you participate in our services at your own risk. You represent that you are physically capable of participating in fitness activities and that you have disclosed any medical conditions that may affect your ability to exercise safely. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness programme.
Membership fees, personal training sessions, and other services are subject to the pricing and payment terms specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with appropriate notice to existing members.
All content on our website and materials provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and fitness programmes, are the property of UrbanPlanetarium or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You may terminate your membership in accordance with the cancellation terms specified in your membership agreement. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
